NOT EASY TO KNOCK OUT, PART 2
…FINALLY Scout laid down and slept. The vet was able to inspect inside his mouth. He has a large deep cut inside his lower lip, which would have made any mouth movement painful. He’s now on antibiotics and pain meds, and has his own private stall while it heals. He’s getting porridge for breakfast and soaked multinuts for dinner, which he loves. It’s soft enough for him to eat, and a great way to get the powdered medications into him. He’s also getting LOTS of attention, and is enjoying being a “solo pig” for a little while!
